High-Ceiling Pendant Light Assisted Installation Package

Pendant installation in double-height living rooms, stairwells or duplex spaces involves working heights beyond the comfortable range of standard ladders. This package adds the additional staffing and access arrangements required for high-level work to standard pendant installation: before installation, the working height and pendant weight are assessed to determine the access method, such as extended ladders, scaffolding or an assisted platform depending on site conditions; two or more personnel then work together to fix the main frame at height, lift and hang the fixture body, hang crystal or decorative parts and carry out balance adjustment. Because labour time and staffing costs for high-level work are significantly higher than for standard-height installation, the reference starting price for this package is €380; the final cost is confirmed during the quotation discussion according to actual height, pendant weight and access conditions. Please provide the measured ceiling height, total pendant weight and photos of the floor conditions at the installation position. A deposit is taken after the access plan and staffing arrangement are confirmed, and the balance after installation, adjustment and customer acceptance.
