Concrete ceilings offer good load-bearing conditions, but the drilling and fixing method directly affects the long-term stability of a suspended pendant. This package covers the full pendant installation process on a concrete base: marking drilling positions according to the pendant base holes, drilling with suitable bits and fixing with expansion bolts or dedicated anchors, tightening the canopy or suspension bracket to the base, and then hanging the fixture, completing wiring and adjusting it to level. After installation, the installer checks that the fixings are fully engaged, the fixture does not move excessively, and the power-on test is completed. Reference price: €100–€180 for one pendant on an existing light point, including concrete drilling and standard fixings. If the pendant weighs more than 20 kg or requires longer bolts through a levelling layer, material costs will be added after discussion. A deposit is taken after the plan is confirmed, and the balance is paid after installation, confirmation of stable fixing and a successful power-on test.
