These Terms of Service govern the custom lighting fixture replacement and installation coordination services provided by fixtureinstallly (operated via www.fixtureinstallly.com). By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our business scope is strictly limited to individualized, on-site consultation, coordination, and execution workflows for custom lighting fixture replacement and installation projects tailored to client specifications.
2. Nature of Transactions & Payment Structure
One-Time Transactions: All service purchases, project contracts, and financial settlements conducted through www.fixtureinstallly.com represent one-time purchases for specific, discrete on-site lighting installation and replacement projects. We do not operate subscription models, recurring billing arrangements, or continuous payment renewals.
Milestone Payment Workflow: Payments are structured on a milestone basis for each individual project:
Deposit Payment: A required initial deposit must be paid following quotation agreement to schedule project execution.
Balance Settlement: The remaining balance for the one-time service is due immediately upon the completion of the scheduled works at the client location.
All financial transactions are processed securely through authorized checkout mechanisms, ensuring complete transaction transparency for each discrete service order.
3. Client Obligations & Site Preparation
Site Access & Information: The client must provide accurate property details, structural information, and electrical specifications necessary for the custom lighting project. The client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe physical access to the installation site at the scheduled appointment time.
Compliance with Local Regulations: Clients located in European jurisdictions or Singapore must ensure that their premises comply with applicable local electrical standards and building regulations prior to the commencement of installation services.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Terms
Rescheduling Requests: Clients may request to reschedule a booked service appointment by providing advance notice to service@fixtureinstallly.com within the timeframe specified in their project agreement.
Cancellation Policy: Because our services involve customized on-site planning and resource allocation, cancellations made after project preparation has commenced may be subject to administrative fees or the retention of the initial deposit to cover incurred operational preparations.
Refund Assessment: Refunds for one-time transactions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the project milestone stage and whether specialized components or labor have already been deployed.
5. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership
All visual assets, text, page layouts, and original media displayed on www.fixtureinstallly.com are either original creations or lawfully acquired uncopyrighted/royalty-free visual materials owned exclusively by fixtureinstallly.
Unauthorized reproduction, commercial exploitation, distribution, or copying of our brand assets, proprietary layout designs, or textual content is strictly prohibited under applicable copyright laws.
fixtureinstallly respects third-party intellectual property and does not use unauthorized trademarks, commercial logos, or copyrighted materials belonging to external entities.
6. Limitation of Liability & Operational Disclaimers
Professional Diligence: fixtureinstallly executes all custom lighting fixture replacement and installation services with standard professional care and technical diligence.
Site Condition Dependencies: Service execution outcomes are inherently dependent upon pre-existing electrical wiring, structural integrity, and environmental conditions at the client’s premises. fixtureinstallly shall not be held liable for pre-existing infrastructural defects or hidden electrical faults discovered during on-site execution.
Accuracy of Website Information: We maintain rigorous standards regarding the accuracy of pricing, service descriptions, and operational details published on www.fixtureinstallly.com. In the event of inadvertent clerical or typographical errors, fixtureinstallly reserves the right to correct such information prior to final contract confirmation.
Force Majeure: fixtureinstallly is not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling service obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe logistical disruptions, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen site-level hazards.
